1. God’s Voice is sufficient because it reveals His Son perfectly, and He is more than enough, Hebrews 1-13; 1:1-4; John 14-16; 2 Timothy 3:14-17; Isaiah 8:19-20; Jeremiah 23:29.
a. The Bible alone, sola Scripture – Scripture alone, controls all that we believe, 2 Timothy 3:14-17.
b. The Bible contains the completed covenant; there can be no adding to it or subtracting from it, Deuteronomy 4:2; 12:32; Proverbs 30:5-6; Revelation 22:18-19.
c. The Bible is relevant in the extreme, it’s all we need, 2 Peter 1:3; 2 Timothy 3:14-17.
d. The Bible should be read, so that we can hear His voice, Exodus 17:14; 24:4; 34:37; Malachi 3:16; John 6:68; 8:26; 14:26; 15:26-27; 1 Corinthians 14:28; Psalm 1; 119.
2. God’s voice is understandable, it is Clear.
3. God’s Voice is our highest Authority.
